We provide the essential amenities, while giving you the flexibility to create the celebration that’s right for you. Choose vendors you love, or start with our trusted preferred vendor list. Enjoy exclusive use of the venue, a relaxed weekend-long access, and the freedom to prioritize the details that matter most to you and your budget. Optional day-of-coordination and additional support services are available if needed.

Begin your wedding day in a spacious getting-ready area where you and your bridal party can relax and prepare at your own pace. With access to multiple rooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and private bathroom you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy the day together. Bring your favorite breakfast or lunch-or have it catered- and settle in before the celebration begins so you can feel calm, prepared, and fully present for every moment.

Our 2026 venue rental fee is $6,900.
Your rental includes many of the essential amenities you’ll need for your wedding day. See Included Amenities section below for a complete list of what’s included.
We are honored to offer a 5% discount on the venue rental fee to active-duty military, veterans, first responders and clergy.
Friday rehearsal and load-in time (up to 4 hours for rehearsal and bringing in decor, supplies, and event items)
15-hour venue access (8:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m.; music ends at 10:30 p.m. followed by one hour for vendor load-out and cleanup)
Spacious getting-ready area with multiple rooms, kitchen, dining area, living room and private bathroom for the bride and bridal party (available from 8:30am until after reception)
Tables, classic white resin chairs & linens for up to 100 guests including setup (accommodations for up to 200 guests, upgraded chair styles and alternate table options are available for an additional fee)
On-site venue manager throughout your event
Ample parking with attendants to assist guests
Golf cart transport for guests with mobility needs
Ceremony entry doors (optional rustic side panels available)
Ceremony stage with choice of backdrop (circle arch, wooden arch, or rustic backdrop). Alternate backdrop upgrades are also available (see gallery photos)
Additional vintage tables for bride & groom, gifts, guest book, etc.
Rustic bar & high-top tables (linen-covered rounds, or farmhouse-style wood)
15’ × 16 ‘ Dance floor (larger sizes available for an additional fee)
Market lighting throughout the reception area
